All sales are final. This includes all art work, bisque pieces for paint your own, art kits, gift certificates/cards and event fees.
Art Work Please inspect all artwork before purchase for any imperfections. All pieces are made by hand and unique onto themselves. If you notice a problem with a piece don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
Create Kits and Paint Your Own Pottery Pieces can be exchanged for another piece/kit of similar price within 7 days of purchase with receipt. With the exception of seasonal, sale or clearance items. Which are not refundable and can not be exchange after purchase.
Workshops/Events All fees collected for workshops are nonrefundable.
In house private events and planned workshops, with Arline or Crystal, are not refundable. However a credit (for future workshop only) will be issued if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.
Outside Presenter Workshops: Cancellation more then 7 days before the event will result in a store credit excluding all processing fees. Cancellation/No Show within 7 days of event with result in no refund at all.
Bisque Party Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Bisque private events require a $50 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to final bill. Reservations are needed for large groups over 6 people with a maximum for 20.
Two weeks notice is required for special order pieces.
